blurb for x media class

Heather Ackroyd and Dan Harvey use grass to give life to buildings and photographs. By attaching a living, growing moss to the exterior of structures, they make the exterior a dynamic living entity for the public. They have said the work is "a reminder of rolling fields in the midst of the city." They have created images on grass manipulating the process of photosynthesis using stencils and UV lamps. the process is the most interesting part, and is very similar to the porcess of enlarging a photo. A negative image is projected on to the grass in a darkroom. the grass, which is engineered to have stronger pigmentation, is exposed to the image for several days. the image apperas in the grass due to the pigmentation of chlorphyl.

is it enough?

can i just like something and make it different and it be art because it looks cool? or is that not enough. i don't feel the need to explain myself. maybe because i don't know how.
